Where data lives. Patient data, notes and backups are stored on our server in Sydney, Australia. AI processing runs on AWS Bedrock in the Sydney region (ap-southeast-2).
Encryption. Patient details, answers and notes are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.2+.
AI training. Your data is never sold and never used to train AI models.
Access. Two-step sign-in for every doctor account. Every view, copy, export and delete is written to an audit log.
Control. Export all your intakes or delete any intake at any time. Patient links work in one browser only and expire after 48 hours. Demo answers are kept apart and deleted after 24 hours.
